Need help with changing a troop

I just want to change the vaegir marksman troop to be horseback,
From what i understood i need to change the Modules\Native\troops.txt where the vaegir marskman line is located and play with the numbers.

I don't plan to do any moding and installing .net screwed things over here last time i tried it, so i was wondering if someone can tell me what to change in that vaegir marksman line (or change it via editor and post the line here)
