Need help finding lady!

Hey there,

I've been playing Warband for about two years now, but have only recently gotten to the stage of making my own faction.

To start off my game, I joined the Nords. They were often at war with the Vaegirs and as a result, by the time I'd leave to go on and make my own faction down near the Rhodoks, the Vaegirs had lost around half their land.

The thing is, I need more right to rule and I know that marrying a lady can be useful in that regard as well as various other things such as feasts, but the lady I've decided to go for is no where to be found. She is with the Vaegirs, and whenever I ask any of their vassals where she is, they simply reply "I don't know". If her freakin' brother doesn't know where she is! I think this may be due to the fact that her only brother lost his castle, and thus she can't be found anywhere.

So my question is, does anyone know how to find her? I know you can find her at feasts, and I'm not sure if this is true, but a relative of the lady has to be at the feast themselves in order for her to spawn, but instead, the brother decides to be a loner at patrol the freakin' castle instead! Either that or the feasts I've seen don't happen in towns and thus there is no more room for NPCs at the feasts, as they are really, really filled up in castle feasts.

Any help?

PS. If for whatever reason you need to know whom these NPC's are, the lady is Lady Tamar, and the brother/guardian is Boyar Crahask.

PPS. The reason why I don't just go for another lady is that I've already built a strong relationship with Boyar Crahask (gracious, I believe) as well as getting permission from his to court Lady Tamar.

PPPS. If it somehow affects it, I do have the Diplomacy 4.2 mod installed.

Any one know how to find her though? Is the only way to find her by meeting her at town feasts?

Hmm, you're a vassal of the Vaegirs?
And have you and lady Tamar met in the past?

Your sweet lady may, if she already likes you, send you a message that she wants to speak to you, but I don't know how that's gonna work if her relative doesn't have a castle/town where you can meet.

I would advise either wait for your chance with feasts (when her brother is there and there's enough space), or go blitzkrieg and support Crahask in getting a fief. (Preferably take castles, or he may end up with a village...)

The lady will always move with her corresponding guardian (let it be her father,brother,uncle etc..) and will join whichever faction they defect to.  However, if the lord decides to quit his job and go outside of Calradia.... well.. let's just say unless you have Diplo or other mods on that let lords return, your probably not going to see her again.
Sometimes lady follow their brothers instead of their father (which is weird) has any of her relative went exile outside of Calradia?  That might be the reason why other lords say they don't know where she is.

PS. Or I might have locked her somewhere in my castle....

That'll make it harder, I think. I recommend taking a castle and giving it to Crahask as a fief, maybe you can meet your Lady there then...

Then I believe the only way to meet her is at a feast, either one the Vaegirs throw, or if her brother joins another faction, one in the faction he joins.  Or you can convince her brother to join your faction and hope he throws a feast.

Crashing a Vaegir feast might be your best option.  As long as the Vaegirs still have at least one castle or town, they'll throw feasts--in fact, the worse they're losing, the more feasts they'll throw.  As long as you're not at war with them, you can attend.  Try to get there at the beginning of the feast, before the lords crowd out all the ladies!

I suppose if you were really desperate you could create your own kingdom and then give this brother of her's a castle, then go visit him there in order to meet her. Other than that, you're probably SOL.
