Need help errors

I followed the steps correctly and all i get is    'python' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file[/color].
that is most of it then the last line is      Could not find C:\User\The *********\Desktop\moduleSystem\*.pyc      PLZ help the star are for indenty safety
