NEED HELP. bought serial key but no serial key arrives.

i have purchased the serial key and no key has arrived, i got no email or nothing. i would try to order again but i dont want to pay twice.
please someone help me.

Hi,

If you have placed your order with eSellerate, you are taken to a receipt page that shows your serial key when your order succeeds. If you can send an email to me with your name I'll check if your order succeeded or not and I'll of course send you your serial key if it had succeeded.

Yes it does, or at least it did for me. No idea what went wrong when this guy ordered.
