Need advice for Warband mods

I've never played warband before, couple of hours at fire and sword and around 300 hours at bannerlord. Since people are complaing how weak bannerlord is compared to warband (content wise), i've decided to go for warband until bannerlord is updated.
I know that mods are essential for warband, but i just don't want to download random mods so decided to ask for some advice.
Which warband mods do you recommend for startup, i'm ok with both visual upgrades and quality of life improvements as well as some content changes.

i like perisno and warsword conquest, they are both total conversions

Ty, thoose mods are noted, but is there any "warband enhanced" type of mod? I would like to go on enhanced native on my first campaign

floris, silverstag, diplomacy, dickplomacy, bannerpage. though you should play native first, its really easy to finish and you know what features are actually in the base game so you dont expect things from diplomacy to be in other mods
