We will allow Tork to play for the Ukrainian team. We are aware that this team is having serious difficulties with getting enough players and has considered dropping out of the tournament. Welcome Ukraine, Bulgaria, Belarus & Kazakhstan. To any who think having a 4-way alliance is unacceptable, I suggest you look back at NCs which have allowed a Yugoslavian team and 3-way alliances such as Scandinavia. Furthermore, since our decision is allowing 3 nations which do not usually participate in the NC (Bulgaria, Belarus & Kazakhstan) to take part, we believe allowing Tork to play is the right choice.
