So USA plays with a ping of 87-163, while ESP plays with pings of 126-182, ok.

Pings were fair before the DDOS starting happening, after it happened, we noticed our pings were lower than Spain's on several servers and offered them to switch, but they said it's fine.

Also, the highest ping is 186 not 163
