I am currently working on a native expansion mod.
Most important feature is the New faction, Kingdom of Waldane ( Based on british medieval concept)
I give 3 towns to Swadia, pull Uxkhal to Waldane and add 2 more towns
Waldanish Ranger, Crusader and Longbowman as the highest tier soldiers of troop tree
Extended khergit troop trees, to heavy lancer and elite cavalry archers, changed vaegir troops , Knights to druzhinnik, guards to yeti slayer
I wanna put additional mercenary groups, unique for each faction (Varangian guards,cataphracts,flemish knights...) even though i have problem with sticking them with a specific faction
7 unique parties dedicated to giving trouble to each faction. (Example: Wallace the Braveheart's party will fight with Kingdom of waldane anywhere he see the waldanish lords)

Since im working individually, its not a big project, i started mainly for my own use purpose but if anyone is intereested i can share when its done
