When you hit tab, did you get the "Retreat" dialog?
It's a native feature that IF you use the "Retreat" option, the remaining enemy and their reinforcements get to "hunt you down" so to speak, and can trigger injuries then. That is not really NE, but the native code counting you hitting the "Retreat" button as a cue for using the autocalc to finish the battle.
No, I hit tab after the "The battle has been won!" message. And repeated and confirmed, all of my companions took wounds in a battle they took no part in.

All of them took wounds, even Tismanu, who was at 80% health.
To clarify, what i'm doing is hitting F1, and issuing a retreat command to all units. I'm never actually fleeing the battle, and I go on to win it normally myself.
EDIT: Redid the battle to get more screens, documenting the whole thing.

Wierdly, Katrin's stats seem unchanged. I'm not sure if that's because the wound message is only a message, and doesnt actually have any effect, or if her strength is already as low as it can go.
