So I have been looking on the forums for where native events are posted and I found the tournaments post but that doesn't look right so where would I find informations for events?

The only events are the tournaments. Sorry.

Well, not always. Follow this board and you might see some siege events by Wolfpack. There was one just a few days ago.

"Events" as they happen in NW don't happen in native. Like someone already pointed out, Tournaments are the basis for competitive play. The current major NA tourney can be found at the link Nevino posted right above. You could also ask around, contact different clans and ask for pick up scrims (a scrim is a battle, an event I suppose) which in North America are generally done 7v7, using fastest speed, with 1200 gold, 4 minute rounds with flags spawning at 2 minutes. They're played first to 4, then you switch spawns and factions. Two maps are played.

Example!:
First map: You choose vaegir, other team chooses swadia. You win 4-0. Your turn for swadia. You win 4-2, map is over, you win 8-2.
Second map: Other team chooses nords, you choose rhodocks. You win 4-3. Your turn for Nords. You lose 3-4. You tie map 7-7.
Total score: 15-9, you win.

Did I totally confuse you? Probably D:

Need more diagrams.

The Event thread is retired now that the Multiplayer Tournament Sub-Board has come along.  It's a good history to see what events have happened though.
