Native customizable troops

hey, just wondering if theres a way to make not only personal recruits but also native troops customizable.

im kinda sick of getting some rhodok sergeants to find they have 2h weapons instead of a shield

1. I don't know about in the text files, but we can do it easily in the .py files. First move the location of the specific troop into the customizable troop area in the .py files.

2. Copy the extra customizable troop entries (two are needed for each customizable troop) to below the troop you want customizable.

3. Change the third entries equipment to what you want to be able to customize from.

It should look just like the other customizable troops, you'll also have to change the names of the equipment holder troops (the two extra).
