To be honest I can't say for sure, I've never really looked into it and I don't have a copy on this computer, or the bandwidth to download and check. I've always used GE 2.5 because my laptop isn't the most powerful of computers.
However from what I can tell from the thread, it's purely there as a safety measure because the mod is in beta. Simply install Polished landscapes first then everything else over the top of it. Looking at the mods you're using none of them should conflict. If you've already installed mods to Native then simply copy module.ini, itemkinds and whatever other files you added.
As a general rule, if you're installing a lot of mods at the same time it's always best to start with the largest and most complex. Which I probably should have told you before you started.
Edit:
Right, on looking at it further I can see what you need to do to install it to Native:
1) First install all the files to your root M&B folder (e.g. C:/Program Files/Mount & Blade), rather than making a copy of M&B as stated in the installation steps.
2) Then add these lines to module.ini in the Native module:
load_mod_resource materials - change grass shader only (to 128 alpha test)
load_mod_resource = map_tree_meshes
load_mod_resource = tree_meshes
load_mod_resource = xtree_meshes
load_mod_resource = grass_meshes
load_mod_resource = plant_meshes
load_mod_resource = xtree_meshes_b
load_mod_resource = terrain_borders
load_mod_resource = tree_e_meshes
load_mod_resource = xtree_meshes_c
load_mod_resource = grass_meshes_b
3) Then for the fog copy mission_templates.txt into the Native module as well, overwriting the old file.
I *think* that's all there is to it.
