Playing in native, I had companion Marnid hold a fief and become my vassal. This was my first attempt at starting my kingdom and it didn’t last long and I became a vassal for the Nords to save my own butt. I ended up losing Marnid to the Rhodoks. Anyways ingame weeks later I start another kingdom(much stronger with much more right to rule) and Lord Marnid defects from the Rhodoks and I find him in my court at Praven. I’m assuming he wants to pledge to me like all the other vassals but I don’t have the option and he acts like we’re meeting for the first time and wants to join my party. I add him to my party as a companion and he is listed as “Lord Marnid.” My friend Lord Marnid was now at lvl 22 and he had 13 skill points for me to use on him. I didn’t even realize this was possible for a companion turned vassal to rejoin. Has this happened to anyone else?
