So, 12 teams have voted and it seems like everyone's pretty much of the same opinion. 12 of 12 votes against Khergits and 10 of 12 votes for an increase of the teamsize to a maximum of 16 players. I'd say the poll's pretty much closed, but let's leave it open just in case. There are still 10 or so countries remaining that haven't voted.

13 Teams on 21 Subscribed  Voted Aganst Khergits , and 11 Teams on 21 Subscribed Voted in Favour of increasing  the Maximum team number to 16 . This means that even if not all the teams voted , we have in anycase, already ,  the majority of votes .

This will result in a change of Rules : Khergits Will not be allowed and the  maximum allowed teamsize number will be  increased to 16.
