Also, Orion, not sure if this is on the table, but please do change the challenger/attacker rules as per my suggestion awhile back. A three-day-long period of no challenging instead of a 24-hour window would be a lot better. CRAP secured its third place in the ladder by challenging as soon as we were able to.

It's on the table. Rule changes are being discussed now.

BAD vs BkS videos

Pre-Match Commentary: Here
Map 1: Random Plains
Map 2: Nord Town
Map 3: Field by the River

Just to clarify, we've never lost before this. I don't know what magical "pickup scrim" people are talking about, but I'm kind of confused about that.

I've literally been a part of every BkS scrim/match, and we've never lost, until this Naste championship.

nK tried to scrim us 10v6 one time and we left after two rounds. That's it.

Very defensive. I remember one late-night pick-up with nK against BkS where nK won. I don't think you were there yourself.

Should be fixed...someone double check please?
It's fine. The link worked before anyway but it just didn't show up in the special Taleworlds hyperlink colour because the url had spaces.

We're still hashing out some rule changes. I might have to delay the start for a few days. I want to get one of these changes implemented before any matches are fought, so that all of the matches are fought in a consistent format. Here are some rule changes that will definitely be included for Season 2 (wording isn't final, but you should get the gist):

Teams will be able to play one man down for an entire match at the cost of a warning. Playing one man down for a single map probably won't result in any penalization. The particulars are still being decided.

Season 2 will include the same 4 ENL maps as the 2012 Nations Cup (Vendetta, Sandi'boush, Reveran Village, Frosty Battle).

Map selection will be limited by categories for the defending team's second map. Maps will be split into 3 categories (open, closed, mixed) and picking from a category will deny all maps of that category from the defending team's options for a third map. The defending team still selects their map first, attacking team still selects theirs second. The attacking team may choose a map from the same category as the defending team's first choice. Maps are not repeatable.

What we're deciding on now is scoring for maps. It may or may not be changed.

7:26 PM - captain lust: maps is maps should be maps by maps for maps of maps
7:26 PM - Mac: But should maps be maps of maps or maps by maps for maps?

woah, the debate is fierce, marnid and lust like oil and water

Everybody knows Americans are most akin to insoluble lipids, and Euros are crazy polarized solvents that contradict the rules for all other things.
