I would greatly appreciate if screenshots could be posted at full resolution. Avoid resizing your screenshots, please. I would also appreciate if players could stick pretty close to the names they have on their rosters. For example, I can figure out CRAP_tainlust. I can't figure out Ra /\ DerpyHooves (these are just examples, don't be mad). Another example, I always use Marnid for NASTe. Several of you know I play as A Known Troll in pubs. I won't use "A Known Troll" for NASTe.
This is not just for my own convenience in recording stats. This is to protect your team against accusations of illegal substitutions. We haven't had any yet this season (woo!) but if there's a team full of aliases it's that much more difficult to prove either way.
If by this you mean "can teams still make substitutions" then yes, they can. I just have to confirm it before they're eligible for play (should take less than 24 hours to confirm subs). If you mean "can teams still be made" then the answer is "not for this season." Teams that choose to sign up now will be put on a list for next season.
