Mad Dawg isn't just coordinating ROCK. He's a ladder admin for NASTe as well. If you guys are good with 8:15, I'll still talk to Mad Dawg about some leniency. The last ROCK event started an hour late on its own, and it takes a long time for all of those people (who aren't all terribly punctual as a rule) to finish showing up. It shouldn't be an issue.

This but also remember Ra is part of rock but didnt show up last time so theirs no guarntee they will be there this time around and Lag has 1-2 members only that are part of rock. So making ~ 70 -75 ppl wait for what 2-3 ppl that are certain will be part of curaw encore seems a bit un fair to those that are waiting :SOrion 说:

Sala, finals don't occupy every minute of every day for several weeks unless you're intentionally drawing it out & procrastinating. Get **** done, it's not that hard. I've got finals this week too, but I had all of my stuff completely finished by tonight. There's no excuse for taking up two weeks for something you've known about for an entire semester when you have other commitments.
Or, you know, if you don't think you can meet the expectations of your other commitments, you can drop out of the ladder. I don't care either way. Just know that if you keep your team up and still can't manage two hours of play in two weeks time you're going to be penalized. If you don't have numbers, you should have actually communicated with your team to find a better time or to make sure they all know when to show up. It's only your fault if you don't have enough people.

Also updated ladder image. Removed Mango Kush for inactivity.

End of the day, this is a Ra problem, not a Naste problem. If we can't make this time, then yeah, you should probably kick us from the tournament, cause we will probably keep elongating the whole process; my team simply is not serious enough about this game to give a rat's ass. At least 80% of the time that is.
I've already apologized to Noms about the delays and am trying to get you times that work. 15 minutes could mean a bus commute back from work noms, and since we have been having 4/5 people show up CONSTANTLY and the others missing, that extra one person is essential. You were quick to say that a Wappaw scrim was not as important as a Naste scrim, but I guess an event you're involved in is far more important lol. (funny thing is that we are in it too xD)

You might not have such scheduling issues if you had communicated with your team properly in the first place to find out which people have a genuine interest in playing and can make the time commitment. You shouldn't just take everything at face value.Oh, and there still seems to be a problem with understanding the general "you."
I kicked one team (Mango Kush) from the ladder today because they have shown no signs of life since signing up. At least I know you're here, even if you're trying to have a pissing match with me. I'm also of the opinion that you're being honest about your team being preoccupied with finals (among other things), so I have no intention of removing you. I'm actually rather pleased that you've proposed a time. All I can say at this point is I hope you've already asked your teammates if your proposed time will work. Generally, scheduling first and doing a head-count second is risky.
Before you freak and ask me what my ****in' problem is again, that's not an accusation. Chill.
I'd prefer the NASTe match get played. Honestly an hour and a half is usually enough for a match as it's first to five. Nom if you make the time 8:15 but their 6th (Beer) can't show until 8:30 you are still going to have to wait until 8:30 for the match to start. Fifteen mintues shouldn't be that big a deal.
Sala notified me he wouldn't make the last event which is totally fine. We are holding this one just as fun, gaining experience with the gamemode test. I was hoping they can make this one as well as Malions again but noone says you can't come late, that we won't start a little late (not like before I assure you), or that it won't last longer than it did last time.
Overall book it for 8:30 and play the match to get the challenge done and fulfill both your committments to NASTe, imo.

Ra isn't at all a serious clan it's more like a group of friends that sit in chat and chill and play games together which is fun and all but sometimes they can be a little obnoxious about leaving that game for Warband (this was not a reason for bailing on the Monday scrim date)
Also, we do have personal lives which we put forward in front of Mount and Blade (Ronin was out with his brother who returned from Japan, I think Beer had work, Jesse was getting the rear mount from Kazzap apparently, and the rest i have no idea although i'm sure they had valid reasons on not making it).
And about Sala, hes doing his best guys give him a break

Marnid, I'd like to think that most members of clans/communities would give each other benefits of the doubt. When everyone was asked, they showed interest. But there are some weeks when this happens.
