Napoleonic Wars type content in Warband mods?

So here's a question (a late one though): NW is a multiplayer-only module, but people still make singleplayer mods with NW content (or original content that's inspired by it - I just ain't sure). Is it legal to use content between official M&B modules?
Either this, or there's a free pack of such content (that someone created and made available) available somewhere that I don't know about...if so, may I have a link?

I'm asking because I was thinking of trying to make a mod, but have no modeling skills.

Also, I've noticed some Warband mods' heavy use of Viking Conquest features. Can anyone explain how that's possible, since VC is a more advanced module?

Thanks!

Well, NW and M&B actually were developed by different people. Technically, no, it is not legal to do it like that. But if you ask the developers, they could give their permission.

Also, about VC features: the people that made VC were the ones that developed the excellent mod Brytewalda, which shares a lot of features of VC. Now, Brytewalda is partially OSP and the mod team are quite nice guys and also give permission to anyone that asks(I speak from experience). So, yes, it is possible to see some VC features, only they are Brytenwalda features.
