Im Assuming that it is actually to replace britain? or another coalition power, (my french is horrible) but i doubt they would be fighting for napoleon if they were french royalists

It really wouldn't matter with which country, the only reason I liked France was because they still speak French in game. The best country fit would be Austria, or England. Whichever you wish is fine by me.
