About yourself: Just a regular High Schooler from Tennessee who enjoys gaming. My favorite writer is J.R.R Tolkien, my favorite musician is Scatman, my favorite subject is history, and as the words under my avatar say, i'm a Southern Baptist.
Why you would be a good admin: I'v been a part of the community for a good while, around two years if my memory serves, understand and abide by the rules of the official servers, don't bring personal feelings for/against someone into my decisions and strongly believe bans should only be used as a last resort against repeat offenders. As Joshly above me stated, the US servers feel grossly under-adminned, especially at late night hours, and if I were to make official complaints for every single rule-breaker, then the complaints section would be a good deal longer than it currently is. I think people just knowing that there are admins on in the night time would greatly cut-down on the people who use this as a time to troll.
Previous Experience (if any): I have no previous experience as an admin on Napoleonic Wars.

About yourself: My real name is Jamie, I am originally from Bayonne, New Jersey. I love to play games that teach me about things in the world and in particular, history. As a kid I always used to change to the History Channel and watch the shows, which made me a lot smarter in class when the subjects came up. I love Tale Worlds and their creation of Napoleonic Wars DLC and I also love all the work that members have placed in to make Mount and Blade what it is.
Why you would be a good admin: I hate bragging but I have served as admin in many places, I have patience with many people if they have issues or problems along with taking my time with each and every user that requires assistance. I have a rule that I keep to myself called Rule #1, which to me means that I at anytime cannot curse at or towards a player as I want to show them the utmost respect to give them a good impression on the server. I personally love to administrate and help others with what they need.
Previous Experience (if any): I served as an administrator on 7 Garry's Mod community's, TheTechGame Moderator (Retired), Battlegrounds 1 & 2 Servers, My own community's.

) and learning about the time period when I have the opportunities. I've been in the community for a little over a year now, and only recently I started to get involved in the NA community to some extent. Been playing Mount and Blade in its early stages (pre-.900).
Why you would be a good admin: I believe I have a level-headed mindset, I try my best to play an unbiased, neutral, third-party in matters in general, I'm known in the NA community and I believe am respected in that regard, I enjoy playing NW. Although I can hard-line sometimes, its usually needed and used only when necessary.
Previous Experience (if any): I've admined some here and there on servers and have coordinated linebattles with other regiments before. Although the 1v1 linebattle is a small and probably non-important thing, multi-tasking and watching chat while leading gets to be a bit difficult. Other than that, there has been no official experience.

First of all, i totaly vouch for Hadaki, he has been admin before and done a very good job. Never heard any complains about him so i guess thats means he is doing a really good job.
I would also like to vouch for my 2 friends Nightkill and killeruk. They have even more experience about admining servers then i do. They are mature, they dont troll and i belive they would never abuse the admin since they have been runing smoothly for 1 year now on there own servers witch are highly populated.

About yourself: I'm 16, getting back into school, and willing to put aside some spare time for NW. My interests lie in history, writing, and essay composition. For history I'm specifically interested in the history of warfare, though history as a whole is interesting to me.
I've played M&B since .808, and MM since its first version, as I've always had a specific interest in the Napoleonic Era, its uniforms, tactics, and role as an evolutionary step in the development of the war-machine of man-kind.
I doubt I'm very well known in the community as I tend to keep to myself. In both an online setting and the real world I'm rather introverted, and anonymity doesn't help.
A primary reason for my application would be the frequency in which there are people exhibiting poor behaviour on the servers, but lack of an admin to keep them in check. I think this issue runs deep with most servers lacking an admin staff able to interlock their time tables to keep the server covered for longer periods of time.
Why you would be a good admin: I'm very interested in the study of logic, arguments, and their application, and have frequently been able to analyze things from an unbiased perspective. I think this is certainly a useful, even necessary, trait for a good admin. I find I'm also reasonably capable of mediating disputes, or at least putting an end to them.
Previous Experience (if any): Previous experience administrating a server on M&B and related games? No. But I have administrated CS:S, DoD:S, and CoD2 servers in the past, and I don't think I did a sloppy job.

To me you seem like the guy that wants to be friends with everyone, and I think that that would severely cloud your judgement as an admin.
As far as I know, you come on on pretty much all of the TS of regiments, clans, native and NW alike.
Thats very friendly of you, but the way you do it just makes me think that you want to be friends with everyone, get on their good side.
This may not be your intention, but that is how it looks to me.
Therefor I would advise against taking you as an admin, but perhaps I am totally wrong.
