Need More Info Naming child crashed my game

Summary: I tried to name my second child, game crashed.
How to Reproduce: message: gave birth but it was stillborn /// so I clicked on it and tried to gave name to child , but then game crashed (twice)

Installed community-made modifications: I had developer console, but it was active just once.

OS: Win 10 64 bit
GPU: MSI GTX 960 gaming 4g 4GB
CPU: AMD FX 6300
RAM: 16 GB DDR3
Motherboard: MSI 970 gaming
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): SSD
(I searched known and fixed issues, I wasnt able to find it there.)
