Your companion will be walking 'naked' around the tavern once you took away their equipment before you kick them out of your clan. They should have at least a decent set of default clothing.

I have 400k denars and I dont know how use it. So I find a way.

Maybe implement a 'retirement' fee when you boot them, or ensure they have personal savings (what happened to the money we bought them with?) that would add up as they raid and fight. This would be them selling off the loot they get.
