1st| Defenders Of Faith
DoF is absolutely loaded at cavalry and archer. They also boast a flexible infantry presence that does not make costly mistakes and can flex to other classes based on the situation. The team to beat going into the tournament.

Unknown has elite top end talent across all positions. Yoshie and Hancock are 2 of the 5 best players in North America and they are augmented by the strongest infantry core in the tournament. The only reason they are below DoF is they lack quality depth at cavalry for the time being, putting them at a disadvantage on Trading Post compared to move cav heavy teams. If Kel and ummmmidk start putting more hours into the game....Look out!

The RCC is extremely flexible at all positions. Whalefish has gained a reputation as the best player in Bannerlord and he is put into situations where he can do well. The infantry and cavalry lack the extreme top end talent of the best 2 teams but have solid depth all the way down the roster.

Discount VK has a very solid infantry core, along with archers that can make plays. The cavalry will need to prove themselves in a hurry in order for PSU to grab a playoff spot.

Of the teams that stand a chance to make a playoff spot, HB is the most volatile. They have the potential to comfortably slide into the playoffs or finish at the very bottom of their tier depending entirely upon how much they practice and their motivation to play. The talent is there.

GK is in a similar boat as HB. Veteran players that are capable of doing very well under the right circumstances. Sparhawk has the tools to become a very good Bannerlord cav.

Percivals days at the bottom of WBMM are over. He is a very strong player and perfectly capable of carrying a mid tier team. AWHs small roster has me nervous that they will have difficulty getting enough players on to practice and build cohesion. They would do well to add more players.

Unknown is now unquestionably the #1 team after an awesome showing against DoF. Hancock cemented himself as a top tier player, challenging Beeflip and Whalefish for the title of best archer in the game currently. Whoever placed him in tier 2 is the big dumb and probably questioning their ability to evaluate talent. Fantasy owners on the up and up.

While Beeflip did not disappoint, DoF demonstrated a lack of staying power against Unknown in their week 1 matchup. The opening fights of most rounds would be claimed by DoF, but they would eventually be outlasted by the opposing teams archers and second spawns.

The RCC cav were a large surprise in week 1. KoA did not have an answer for the Druzinnik Varyag combination and were put under large amounts of pressure by RCC aggression. Unfortunately for fantasy owners, MrWhaleFish was asked to play Sturgian Hunter both sets and did not put up the numbers that would be expected of him on other factions.

The Alligators handled VK light and in doing so established themselves as a serious team in this tournament. Sloppy was not someone I had on my radar but he completely balled out. This team has also added some experienced players since the preseason.

DoF showed a surprising amount of dominance against an Alligators team which many thought could challenge the top tier teams. While the 1 seed may be unobtainable now, DoF has a very legitimate chance of claiming the 2nd seed and making their route to the finals much easier.

RCC proved that they belonge in the top tier with a very strong showing against Unknown. The RCC cav has finally built cohesion and therefore have cemented themselves as one of the top groups in the tournament. If MrWhalefish gets hot this is a team who can beat anybody.

Well it was fun for the 6 years it lasted, but HB is back. Do they beat Unknown this week? Probably not. Will they be in the playoffs? Absolutely yes. By the way, Chewbacca is like really good and stuff. Neat.
