if we are in the business of refunds I need one for my player Tiptoeten as he did not play either and if he did I would be number 1 I would be willing to accept an archer of equal skill or lower so Hancock would be fine

This new money heavily implies that he will be replacing the much maligned Valarr as an archer alongside MrWhalefise. With an extremely tough matching against KO coming sometime within the next month, RCC will need all the help they can get from their archers, especially if their cav keep dying to stray pila within the first 44 seconds of the round.
