Resolved My wife aren't pregnant after 5 games

Summary: Hello, I have 400days maried on my game where I have 6 fiefs. And my wife aren't pregnant I see this problem can arrive so, after 5 games I always can't have a baby, I don't know why and now I redownload my game just in case.
How to Reproduce:
Quest/Settlement Name (if related): I try with, Alijin, Bolat, Gwen, ... (don't remember the names)

Installed community-made modifications: I do with and without mods (3 with and 2 without)

Little Update : I play all the day and I stay on a city 15 days and a couple of days when I go on a city with my wife on my group, And I played 1year In Game Maried, Like 3 seasons now and 1 seasons yesterday, I do this update because I see another post of this on "Need more informations" and some guys talk about why and how, so I try, I know I give you a save when my wife is prisoneer sorry about that, If you want a new save more recently I can
