My Village is Poor

As the title says. So how do I make it rich and earn more from taxes? Quests, build for them?

Both.

The Windmill increases productivity.

Also, it helps if it doesn't get raided. But beyond the things already mentioned, theres not much more you can do with it.

Buying everything they have can also (very slowly) increase the village's wealth I think.

I always try to buy their stuff, but I dont know if it actually works... I hope it does, because I am still doing it.
