Hello fellow forum users! I know a lot of other people have given their suggestions for Bannerlord and I want to give mine. I know that the developers may not necessarily see this but it's fun to come up with some cool ideas! 
Death and Babies!
I know that some other people have suggested this and I really like the idea! I would love to be able to kill that one lord who has been annoying me all game. Also having children would add a new dynamic to the game. When your character dies then you could pass all of your holdings onto your heir and play as them. Obviously time would have to be messed with and there could be an option in the menus to change the percentage of chance that your character has to die. You should be able to create your own family and if you want to not have to start as a foreigner but maybe as a member of a faction to skip the early game. Marriage, affairs and family feuds would add in interesting aspect to the game.
Building your own castle and cities!
Having the same old boring castles and cities on the map can get quite boring so it would be great if we could build our own. There would have to be a limit to the amount you can build and they would have to cost a lot to prevent the map becoming crowded but having your own fief that you built would make you have more pride over your domain and will make it feel more homely. There should also be more things to do in the castle. At the moment in Warband there is not much to do there except manage your garrison and hold a feast. Taking a walk inside the grounds feels a bit pointless.They should add more shops and things to do to add more of a social aspect to the game.
Better Formations and Unique Commanders!
A lot of people have suggested better tactics and formations in battles so it doesn't always feel like a huge brawl. Allow players to make smart tactics which lead to amazing victories. Maybe have unique commanders that have their own traits. Maybe certain commanders have more aggressive tactics than others and give the player a chance to exploit this and become a legendary tactician!
Better Map and Character Models!
Obviously we need these to give the game a better and more immersive feel. I know Taleworlds are already working on these so I won't go too in depth with them.
Better Politics and Diplomacy!
A more medieval approach to diplomacy than just the basic peace and declare war from Warband. We need alliances, trade agreements and all the other stuff from the diplomacy mod. Also we need the more sly parts of Politics. Betrayals and back stabbing as well as assassinations etc. A crusader kings/ Europa Universalis style could be used. The having children aspect that I mentioned before could be incorporated so that you may marry your children off for alliances or maybe even yourself to gain a position of power. You should also be able to change the culture of your own kingdom so that it really feels like it's yours. Design your own policies and change the look and build of your troops and cities.
More in-depth cities!
Cities should be effected by plague, famine as well as more positive things such as booming trade etc. There should be a population and prosperity count which goes up or down depending on the current circumstances.
More Options as King/Queen!
When you are King or Queen you should have more options in how to manage your kingdom! At the minute you can't do much more than change your marshall, declare war and assign fiefs. More options should be implemented to give the player a real feeling that they are in control of a vast empire of wealth and power.
Better Sieges!
We would all like to see this and I'm really happy that we have seen in the developer blogs that Taleworlds have taken note of this and are working on improving this aspect of the game.
Bigger Army sizes and war on a lager scale!
In Warband it feels like War isn't that big. Vassals are supposed to be the most powerful men in the land and yet many of them run around with around 40-50 men, sometimes even less. They should increase battle sizes so that Vassals are in charge of a few thousand men each (obviously this option could be edited in the menus for those with less capable computers). When a war starts mass mobilization should ensue. They could make conscription a thing which could lower civilian happiness. Men should be easier to recruit and you should be able to send out recruiting parties like in the Diplomacy mod. I may think of some more ideas for this topic but overall the devs should make war have a bigger impact and happen on a bigger scale.
Titles, Power and the Ability to become a King.
Another popular topic. There should be more titles such as Baron, Earl etc instead of just Lord and Marshall. Each title would increase the person's wealth and troop count. The player could achieve these titles by gaining favor with the King and all the other Lords/ Barons/ Earls etc. The player should also be able to eventually become the King of an already existing faction if they are so in favor with the King and he has no heirs.It would be very hard to do this but should be achievable.
A more in Depth Trade and Economy System!
There should be a more complex system for trade and economy. As a king or vassal you should have to manage trade routes and the economy of the local area. I'm not exactly sure how to do this yet but I will have a think and change this later!
Note: I have many ideas that I have forgotten at the moment but I will remember them later. I will add them/edit the already existing ideas. Check back later for my additional suggestions!
Miscellaneous Ideas
- Customizable troops armour/ weapons
- Can Create your own banner
- Seasons and attrition to non-native troops in very harsh climates such as the desert or the arctic.
