my town doesn't gather a troops

there is something i sould do for that my twon will gather?

Build up its prosperity, and the villages around it. It will only hire if it's got enough money.

i've given all of them to lords and to npcs
because from somereason they were all hate me

How does this work?  I had all my towns (Sargoth and Tihr) and respective villages on very rich and I got about 5 units from the halls of glory appearing in the garrision each week.  Does it depend on how many men you already have and what wages you pay or something?

start buying from your markets, and selling to other factions markets. The more money the markets have, the better off they are and the more that city has money wise. Same goes for villages.

Towns / Castles given to lords are gathering troops by itself.

Towns / Castles I own (carrying my banner) aren't gathering any.

mine as well... i have no lord, but the cities i own and castles do not recruit at all..

Last time playing Suno (my capital) was indeed gathering troops. They came very handy after me losing almost entire army. But castles propably doesn't recruit themselves. Not sure.

Does your capital Suno have a cathedral?

I'm pretty sure that is the only possible way for your self-owned town to gather troop by itself, and of course, elite troops only.

In terms of normal troops, no. Only those towns and castles you give to lords will repawn them. This is something I really wish to change.
