my serial key doesn't work

Since I bought my serial about 3-4 months back, I cant activate it for some reason. I've tried the offline activation too but it doesnt seem to work (Activations Denied). I've reformatted my hard drive since purchasing it and I still have the recipt (email). Any help would be appriciated.

Have you activated any other computers recently? Have you changed any of the hardware on this computer?

The reason why I was asking is that you can only activate your registration key on two computers every 60 days. If you recently activated it on your computers and then made a change to your hardware ... your computer's hardware hash would change and the activation site may see it as a third computer.

I'm not sure if that is what happened here or not, though.

When did you activate your laptop and change your ram in your PC?

Well it was activated 3-4 months back. I reformatted sometime between that date. I only recently installed M&B. The RAM upgrade was only yesterday. And today I try to activate it again and I can't. Thanks For the help.

EDIT: I only recently installed M&B ( by that I mean RE-install)

If your laptop was activated 3-4 months ago, and you just recently installed M&B back to your PC ... there should only be one activation on your account when you try to activate your PC again.

Even if it sees your PC as a second activation ... it should still work, unless I'm missing something.

If I may suggest writing Armagan (the developer) at [email protected] and giving him a brief explanation as to what is happening. I would also include your information (such as name, etc) when you purchased the registration key and the registration key itself.
