runescape will only become better when the graphics improved all npc have voice acting and they get rid of scammers and hackers

until this is done runescape will forever be crap

* graphics improved - done
*get rid of scammers and hackers  - done
*all npc have voice acting - already in testing in tutorial quest.
why would u want this though? only makes data download larger, and their brit accent annoyed me. 

when people read the title of this thread they immediately think that someone wants to make a runescape MMO MOD for warband.
that is pretty stupid.
but its quite possible to change armors, items, weapons, hirelings, factions, text and graphics to fit the runescape theme, without changing the Warband gameplay.
i would quite like to see a mod like that, but i doubt it will ever happen, people have better things to do.
