My online dosnt work! :S

Every game i try to join on nepoleonic and Warband itself dosnt wost Comes up - Unable to connect to server - FSFS some1 help me i bought it of steam the whole thing with the fire and sword and the first one buut it keeps bringing up the thing to Use my Key as in it shows me the key i bought buut i cant use the Key i dont know were i have to use it SOME1 HEEELP ME!
