Drivers? Memory-fail?

You can always try and run a CPU-stress-test, and see how it manages the heat.
 
Please post your Direct X Diag (Google if you don't know how) and RGL_log (found in your main Mount & Blade: Warband folder)


Could you also try to install the non-steam version of the game if you haven't already:

Your RGL_log seems to show you played native?

Could you try starting the game with Napoleonic Wars selected in the launcher?


Also I notice you only have 1.3 GB free of your 2.8 GB ram, could you try closing all other applications you have open in your background, like browsers and so on.
 
Well I cannot help you if you don't provide the needed information.


From the looks of it, it looks system memory related, could you confirm that you have "Load textures on demand" enabled in the launcher options?
