My GPU max memory shows that I have 128mb.

Yesterday evrything was good I had like over 3000mb but when I logged in today it shows that I have only 128mb and i cant play even on very low settings now.

Go to here this is the fix, just found it The patch switched which graphics card you were using.

i can't even go to video setting my option menu is all broken

cant even start the game, crashs when intro should start, allready tried and deleted config files but still doesnt work

I had the same problem, it now says its using my actual gpu, but the framerate is like 10 fps on graphics settings that worked perfectly the day before.
Also the launcher wont start so i have to start the game manually via the files.

You may try to do that manually through your video card control panel. If you have a nVidia graphics card, go to Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > Add, and then look for "TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher" in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client. Add that app in your nVidia settings and force it to use the dedicated GPU.

If you say that your options menu is "broken", that might mean that your resolution is too zoomed in and you can't see all the buttons in your options. If that is the case, go to C:\Users\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs and open the "engine_config" file. In that file, look for:

display_width =
display_height =

Here, you can manually tell your game which resolution it should use. If it's a 1920x1080 monitor, your have to write it like this:

display_width = 1920
display_height = 1080

Edit: Also, you may ignore the nVidia control panel entirely, and look for "graphics_adapter = " in "engine_config", and change the value from 0 to 1.

done that, still the same.. crashes when intro should come with d11 error due to wrong gpu..

That d11 error sounds like you're missing the latest Redist. You may try this one:

I did not have this error with Bannerlord, mind you, but I did solve the same issue with other games.

checked the cfg file and width and height is already set to what i have,i really don't know how to fix this
