My game start normally but i can't pass of the main menu

Hello, actually star playing M&B after 6 months  and the game starts nomrally load all the files without problem even i can go to the main menu but when  i go to click any option (tutorial, new game, load game ,ect) nothing happend, the menu it's no freezing and the game don't crash only i can't pass of the main menu and i don't know why

please help

When it freezes, press ALT-TAB to see if there's an error message.

If nothing happens, it's non-responsive.  That's pretty much the same as freezing.  So press ALT-TAB to see if there's an error message.  Otherwise try running in a window to see if that works.

In your case I would have a look at a new game patch or wait for a new one.
I've no other idea.
