In Progress My game bugged in my ps5

Summary:I was playing my 50th hours in game on my PlayStation 5 and then suddenly my character moves slowly both in campaign and multiplayer. It isn't related my character athletic skills or anything. Also textures failing when I travel in a random city. I so annoyed because of these situation. I delete the game and reinstall again but nothing changed. I even delete save files. Does anyone help me about this situation? What should I do or who I am I communicate with?

Does changing the settings from performance to quality, or the reverse, make any change. Does the graphic errors happen when no weather effects are happening.

If you remove all armour does your character speed change?
