This is absolutely incorrect I've played several characters who are exclusively athletics based and traveling by foot on the map is such a small percentage gain that it's not worth mentioning.

Did you read what I wrote or did you just focus in on my additional comment about leveling on a horse?

OP was talking about how leveling Athletics takes a long time, i told him that if he wants to level it he should travel without horse on the world map, because that also increases athletics, not by a lot but it still does what it is supposed to do. You replied that leveling up (i guess in general) on horseback with a bow is faster. Which makes not much sense to me when we talk about athletics here.

I can't make it more clear so please read what I'm saying. Running a character around the world map does **** all for leveling athletics. I've tried it on multiple characters and it makes almost no impact on leveling that skill.

There is nothing wrong in particular, I was being picky as I felt cyresdog made a low blow / insult to the original poster about his command of the English language. If you want to be critical, you can say that a writer should try to limit their use of adverbs. Adverbs can dilute writing and become useless filler.

For example:

There is REALLY nothing wrong in PARTICULAR. I was just being VERY pick as felt cyresdog made a VERY low blow / insult to the original poster about his command of the English language. If you want to be QUITE critical, you can say that a writer should try to GREATLY limit their use of adverbs. Adverbs can VERY MUCH dilute writing and become USELESS filler.

The second paragraph is an example of too many adverbs.

Speaking of the internet being a big place, you should probably try and disconnect for a few minutes. I check the forums once a day to see if tech support tickets are updated or if people have solved problems where I need answers (like leveling athletics).

You apparently live on the forums to:
1) insult people for their writing ability, and
2) try and start arguments you are not equipped to win.

Your statements included a comparison:

Traveling via Foot over the world map should increase Athletics aswell and does so way faster than just getting off your horse in a Battle that hardly lasts longer than me in bed.

The XP gained by walking on the world map over multiple days does not match a single dismounted kill in battle, let alone surpass it.
