My character won't save (multiplayer) (SOLVE)

I tried: Deleting all files and reinstaling the game. I even deleted the profile file. But im still not able to save my Charakter its just deltes it self after the game restarts. plz help !!!

Just made it  . (Press Widows key, Then press Windows key + R, Type "%appdata%" search for "Mount&Blade Warband" Folder if u dont have any files there go back to Roaming and search for  profiles and perf files, Delete them and then run the game. Crate new character and leave by pressing alt+f4. Go back to roaming folder and search agein for profile and perf files. When u find them just throw them in to mount and blade warband folder that is there.
