My Character is Female,and Married if I broke of from my kingdom would he follow

My character is married to Count Plais,if I renounced my oath and went and made my own faction would he follow me and join me,I don't like King Haralus because all he does is sit in Praven holding feasts while I do his dirty work.

      Get a Divorce, Then break your oath

It's actually much easier to break away as a female. You can just talk to hubby inside a castle, and tell him that he should be a king or that you should be a queen, and so far as I know he'll usually agree.
