My character got too skinny, why?

I wonder why my character suddenly lost all the muscles especially in upper chest and shoulder area. I think i did not look like that in the beginning and would like to have it back. I saw some people complaining on the same issue but no clear answer has been given to me on this topis so far.

It might be about the gear. If you wear a ladies' dress, your character's body will look like a female body for example.

It seems the food you consume changes the way you look. Or skills. But it definitively changes.

Ok I am 30yo in game and certainly not wearing any ladies' dress. I know all the mechanics from warband but this is something new. It might be about the food tho. I give my soldiers mostly only fish, cheese, grain or grapes so i should probably slay some horse for a real meat lol

Seeing as they completely disabled the weight and build (muscle) sliders in the character editor, I think they might be tied to some unknown feature. As in, if you only eat grain you'll lose weight and muscles, I guess.

Use facegen.show_debug command, press V and edit your character's weight to your liking. With age it reverts back to what you had before after a day passes so I'm not sure if it'll work, but it's worth a try.
