Can you believe that in a year of on-off Warbanding, none of my characters ever got married? I just had to share, because it was the hardest 'mission' I ever did. Took me three tries to finally make it happen. Each time I dashed to the location where the feast was held, it would either be over by the time I got there or the bride's father would be MIA.

I spent the better part of 350 days forging my own dynasty. After Swadia and Vaegir divided up Nord territories (until they were down to just two castles), and watching the Sarranids slowly swallow what once belonged to the Rhodoks (until they were down to one castle). I decided I finally had enough of this grave imbalance of power and attacked Curaw, making it my capital, then slowly expanding my holdings across Vaegir lands while showering the Sarranids, Nords, and Swadia with gifts to keep them appeased. Meanwhile, I began courting Lady Endegrid, daughter of Lord Turya, one of the first nobles of the realm to join my kingdom.
"But...you are a woman. How will we ever...produce an heir to your dynasty?" She asked me.
"Produce an heir? Do you see any other lords and ladies making babies? No my dear. We are in Calradia, where people don't age and all children come pre-packaged. Really."
No sooner had I convinced Lady Endegrid of my good intentions, did that shifty King Harlaus decide to betray me and declare war against my dynasty. Their ally, the Rhodoks, also followed suit. Next thing I know, my marshal, Lord Turya, went campaigning against them, all the while teasing me with feasts he could not attend or holding them when I was too far away from his castle. Finally, he was defeated in battle and had to escape to his home to recuperate! Never did I celebrate so greatly the defeat of my own marshal!
