My cavalry won't use their lances.

Basically title. I've tried making the sword their primary weapon but it woN't work. They won't switch their weapon.

Edit: No longer a problem. Can't delete the thread tho.

Edit-2: Since I can't delete the post I think I can use it to ask another question. How do I use special skills?

It's been awhile, and I didn't usually use them because I'm pretty bad at finding the right key unless I'm typing , I think it's the "z" key, but only tap it. That may be for a particular skill, though.

I think once you get trained in a particular skill, you'll get a hint as to which key to use.
Try talking to the trainer, too. They may give you a helpful reminder as well.

The training guy is no help. I tried pressing ''z'' but it didn't do anything. I have energy strike enabled.

Oops! I should have said, "NPC who trained you".
... and that might not work, either.
