Ok,
So first of all, Socks, Voso , and all others you were not there so you have no say in any of this.
Second, this is not a scrim, this is a tourney and there are no rematches in Tourneys.
Third, It is the clans responsibility to make it to the "Mutilation May" Meeting. nK was at the meeting. BkS was not. You were not misled by anyone, but your own clan member named KyKy. It is his responsibilty to keep your clan updated, therefore it is BkS's responsibility to ask for updates. But wait I forgot you only have 6 members is it? So first of all you shouldn't be in the tourney in the first place.
Fourth, the way BkS acted in the server completely revealed their colors as the official "e-peen" , "douche" clan that the "e-peen" is so big it wraps around the earth. You say we acted cowardly? How so?
The match was at 8pm, but yet we waited until 8:20 to start, thus meaning if your late to the match, you lost. (in most tourneys). You were late, yet we still waited. We started playing, as soon as we did we were flammed by you. You lost rounds and got more pissed off to the point where you just started charging straight at us. Not to nention, 2-3 of BkS rage quit, thus meaning in a forfeit of the match. If you call playing by the rules, keeping you and your clan updated with the rules and dates is cowardly, then so be it. We are cowardly.

All I am saying is since you guys want scrims so bad why not just give them a rematch since they are obviously so upset about it? I mean if there is truly a reason you don't want to fight them again that is understandable but you guys have yet to say anything on that.

Voso, this is not a scrim. This is a Tourney. Think before you speak sometime, it really helps.
Also, why would we want a rematch? Our players stopped what they were doing, and made time to play. nK took responsibility and knew the rules and came to play.
Also sake of fun? From round one, BkS was harrasing and swearing at us making themselves look like a bunch of 3 year olds fighting for a truck. Thats not fun, its pathetic.

Alright, so you made your choice then. Don't think just because this is a tourney and not a scrim you don't have the opportunity to give them a rematch.. So all my points in the previous post are still valid, you should read it again. Also, I did think about it and personally I would have given them a rematch but as I said in my post its your choice I am not being hostile or threatening you or anything.

Whoever's running this tournament: The entire point of a tournament in a competitive gaming scene is to determine who the best player/team is, not who has the most players. The original rules were perfectly set up to allow any and all clans to compete, not just a certain size. To allow nK to advance past us, a clan they very well most likely would lose to simply because we were not informed in a timely manner of a supposed rule change, because the rule page was not updated, and because nK simply zerged is down is not acceptable if the tournament's aim is to produce a legitimate "winner."

I have little direct knowledge of the prematch tournament procedings, but in any case I will make the following conditional points.
Rhade, it is not OUR responsibility as a clan to inform you of tournament rule changes. Ignorance is also no excuse, IF there was a tournament meeting for all clans and you failed to attend, you have absolutely zero ground to stand on. If there was a meeting and you were not informed of it, then it also is not our fault, though you may have a point toward the tournament being disorganized. This rule change was discussed back as far as the first scrimmage where you played the laughable "match" 4v4 against balion. If you had brought 7-8 or maybe even 6 and a couple ringers this would never have been an issue. However, this tournament, in my opinion, was created in good faith that the majority of clans would field something close to the limit of players. However, you failed to do this in the very first match and the rules change which brought about this whole discussion was decided upon by SPQR. Obviously, you may contend that there was no such "good faith" implied by the tournament, at which time we might as well have NK just register as all single player clans and make this a duel tournament to force everyone to fight us 1v1. Somewhat against the spirit of the thing, no?
Next, your crying about this entire thing and calling us cowards is utterly pathetic and amateurish. If you want to dispute a match or a ruling, fine - do so. But server logs and screenshot evidence from the match would undeniably prove BkS acted like complete children during the game.
Again, you're entire case rests on how available this information was to other people and clans participating in the tournament. Clearly, the official thread was not updated, but if there was any attempt to inform people of this by tournament officials you have absolutely nothing. As I said before, pleading ignorance doesn't work in real life nor does it work here.

On the POM vs DoF we had 8 vs 8... they were missing a couple of their players.. small matter.
It is tough to for a clan to have a dedicated draw pool. I agree.. 4 vs 4 is short of the original intent.
For the tourney.. clans that show up with less than 10 players will fight as they are.. the opposing clan will not be restricted sideline players and can play with all 10.

Others not in this arguement. You would not want to have a rematch with BKS after what they were saying to us over and over again it literally drained every member of nk just looking at the bull****. honestly after this match almost every memeber of BKS had cussed us out with the exception of harn i do believe and it was so bad I thought they were joking at first. This WHOLE thing couldve been avoided but it happened because of miscommunications....both clans were misinformed, nK getting the newest message and BKS getting the older one im sorry but if the rules were updated by SPQR it is NOT for us to tell you and we did tell you 20 minutes after the match was supposed to have started and you still didn't believe us instead you had a **** fit and decided to act like a bunch of children who just discovered the **** word.
To be fair,life isn't and I can personally relate to it so don't tell me otherwise, I wouldn't have mind to let 3 nk drop if you hadn't been such assholes but those weren't the rules. i wouldn't have mind sitting out tbh but since you all decided to rage quit and literally everyword you said in all chat being negative I really lost all respect for BKS and you talk about disrespect when you didn't give us ONE BIT of respect I heard tonight what i hear in high school...its pathetic and no WE didn't ninja change the rules SPQR changed it literally the first week of may. The scrims ( before the tourney) were supposed to be even in numbers but NOT the real tourney. And example: before a paintball tournament or any other sport im pretty sure you go over the rules BEFORE you join in the tournament and right before the real match begins. okay im done feel free to analyze my rant

Basically, reverse the situation. Would you be pissed if BkS did the same thing you did to them, to you? What would you do? Honestly now, don't give me that "We'd nicely ask them to switch from 10 to 6 players" bull****. I like nK, I really do, But I also like BkS. BkS gave US respect when we lost to them terribly (not even one round won out of 10) by using saddle horses and javelins (6v6). I've even personally heard Marnid/Orion say that when nK fights BkS, they come out on even terms. What this looks like to me is nK using this to their advantage.
What would I have done? Honestly, I would have told them before the fight about the rule change. If they weren't at the meeting, they OBVIOUSLY don't know what the rules are beforehand. Why can't you just be the bigger clan and inform them of it? What was the problem about telling them the change? Can you give me any valid reason why you couldn't?
Fireonice; You're right, I wouldn't want to do a rematch. However, it wasn't without justification.
Styo; Just because others weren't there doesn't mean you can't have an opinion. Apply that logic to real life. Does that make any sense? I think that my experience with BkS tells me they wouldn't stoop to such lows without reason.
Marnid; Based on Styo's input, since you weren't there, you can't have an opinion I guess. Makes sense right? Also, when it's something like a tournament, it's hardly drama. Really now, would a team that plays football which loses against another because of an unannounced rule change where the home team can run through the bleachers to get to the end zone be kind and courteous if you dismissed their concerns as 'drama'? I know you were a part of nK but if you're going to call it all drama, you are better off not even posting in this topic.
In conclusion, how the is BkS supposed to learn about a rule change they weren't informed about, which they would have had they been informed about the meeting, which resulted in them losing a tournament they 'had no businesss of being in anyways'. The original post said NOTHING about it, if they weren't informed it's not their fault. You could have tried to have a rematch. I bet if you would have just done what BkS said in the first place, which is either a rematch or 3 less players, none of this would have happened.
Take this how you want, but I mean no offense to anyone mentioned in this post.
Actually Cam, if the same thing happened to us, we would of still played with how ever many we have on. Also, Marnid does have a say since he was at the meeting. And how is BkS supposed to know about the rule change? By being more responsible.
