In Progress Music Static Bug

Summary: Randomly, the music has a static, and it's very loud.
How to Reproduce: Sometimes, it's random when you load into a battle or the campaign map.

It's random and could happen anytime when it's loading into a battle or back to the campaign map. Be in an army and have an enemy nation's army. You know, in the options where you can choose to do a battle manually or have the battle auto-resolve? Don't do anything. Just leave it there idly for five through thirty minutes. After choosing to do the battle manually, you will hear the audio and music in static. This is the only way that I experienced guaranteeing this bug.

I also have the music issue, only when I use a headset. I have tried multiple controllers and tried adjusting the audio setting both in game and on console. when I turn down the music in game I still receive static and distortion from the other audio options
