The past three days I've been trying to get on a siege mode and only 10 people at max were looking for it....Holy Crap!

Are the Devs ever going to focus on the MP side of this game? Because it desperately needs a fix ASAP. MP siege battles have some of the coolest moments for me in Warband. To me a couple things need to happen:

1. Custom Siege maps that dont kick you out of the server when its over
2. VOIP!! Every game must have some sort of voice chat in the game, period
3. MOD support for MP
4. Better servers....To this date I still get randomly kicked out of a game, when I do find one.

I recommend using the custom server list for sieges instead of the queue. It wont fix anything but at least you'll be in game.
