hey their, now i know their are alot to fix first such as the bugged tree in world campaign as they appear to be seen in a form of a wide blackish bush in 1.5.1 beta.

--- economy is being tweaked and rebalanced with fixes, politics might be taken to a deeper step in mount and blade which is one of the very important aspect in my view.
----- and many more important means then what im about to speak about which is bound to come later either from the developers or the community vaia mods.

-------------------which is about the multiplayer in campaign, be it a Coop as the 2nd player takes place of that brother you start the tutorial with or 2 player campaign, where you play the friend or foe in the mount and blade world with your map which naturally tends to be exciting.
----= i know its complicated of a coding, maybe takes way to longer to develop, but i wish to ask if its possible in the future, be it a mod or an official patch, and will it see the light on the hands of the developers or the community modding.

A tragedy indeed. Even though its doable and possible to make fun.
Just like many features from warband mods, VC etc. etc.

A huge lingering Why? Is in everyones' mind as usual.

If you want to follow the the co-op mod team they have a pretty active discord.

I think the why is that TW already has their hands full with finishing out the base game. If they weren't entirely confident they could pull off a fun way to implement Campaign co-op, I don't blame them at all for avoiding the incredible scope increase that would have caused.

It´s out of scope.

They still struggle to get the SP working so....

Right, as much as I want to see co-op, I do agree the devs have a lot of other work to do on the game, so it doesn't make sense for this to be a priority, at least not in the EA period. If I were them, I might have left the window open on future DLC possibilities, but the truth is that it is just too much work for them to be able to fit into their plan at this time.

Coop doesn't make much sense as an officially supported feature. Battles could only take place if you are both in the same party. Otherwise you would need to pause the campaign every time someone fights a battle. If both players are in the same party one of them can't do anything for the majority of gameplay. Every professional reviewer would rightfully say that the feature sucks. Makes way more sense to add it as an optional modification.

Battles, city/castle/village walks, hideout raids and conversations are real time.

Map movements, waiting on the map, etc. are "Calradia Time" and "Calradia Time" is shorter/faster.

Let's say, if the worldmap time changes to a real time, movement from West to East on the worldmap takes close to 120 REAL hours.(example) So it is impossible..

This is the main obstacle i think...

TW is struggling to get the single player done and people want them to be able to do a coop too. I doubt if they could do it in any reasonable time frame.

Its all a matter of priorities and we can all see them in the patch notes.

It would be like making a whole new game. Look how long it took to make this one.

that part, i guess it needs both the mod tool+ a person with enough will and creativity to pull such an epic feature off, but i guess its true about it making a whole new game speaking in a letteral sense, you have my thanks all
