I did not wanted to post another thread as multiplayer login issue etc.
I have a similar issue with another error text. It started to occur 2 days ago with the DNS changes announcement, and I was not able to play the game until yesterday. Now I can play for about 1-2 hours then I get disconnected with an error "Disconnected from the lobby". After I wait for some time I can play again then whole process repeats.
My bannerlord ID is KiymaliDanino#8354 (have an ongoing ID change request to "Chief")

Same issue here. Updated to V1.0.3 and able to play full invasion 3 yesterday. Now same as you guys, couldn't receive login results from server.
By the way my login platform is Steam as well. Seems like that's the problem?

It should work now with the latest version. Tried with other people and it works just fine.
