Multiplayer Issues

Hello, I have no idea if anyone else is having these issues but I sure hope I'm not the only one.
When I try to connect to a server, it lets me connect but as soon as I enter the server in a space of about two seconds I'm bounced straightback to the multiplayer menu. I've searched but I haven't seen a solution as of yet.

do you have any errors or pop-ups? And did you try to make a new profile, and if that didn't work you should try to reinstall napoleonic wars. if that doesnt help either, you should try to contact the developers
