multiplayer idea

almost everyone seems to want some sort of multiplayer in the game. I did a search and found so many suggestions asking for multiplayer. I understand that it would be too hard to make the game into a mmorpg, but it would still be cool if you could play the game and level your character, but there was also an online arena sort of like the arena that's in the starting town. maybe they could make it a little bit bigger with some obstacles in the middle for cover, and then you could connect on line with up to 10 people in an arena battle. They wouldn't have to make anything in the game online except the arena.

Maybe when you talked to the arena npc, one of the options will be connect online. then you can choose a free for all or team battle or something like that. And you could set up your own arena battle and you can put the restrictions. So you could make it for lvl 20 and below, or you could make it so the only weapon you can use is a lance, or you could make it no horses allowed, etc. I just thought that would be pretty cool.

It would still be a single player game, but it would be cool to have a way to test your characters out against other people.

When the administrators has this kind of attitude towards new people , it's not a surprise when you see anothers users doing the same.
I wonder how many enthusiast players Mount&Blade lost this way...
