It sometimes really feels like some players attack so fast that I can't even counterattack right after blocking. But most of the time when i feel this i see that enemy has much lower ping like 20 ish and im always at 70-80. So i think it's ping+attack delay(or block delay) creating this.

Idk turn v sync off I had this issue a lot and I had v sync on, suddenly I don't get surprised by super fast swings anymore.
