In Progress Multiplayer graphic glitches/bugs

Summary: Graphic glitches/bugs, look like black or white irregular shapes (artifacts). They are only available in multiplayer, especially in Skirmish (mainly on the unit selection screen). In another games (like GTA V, Mass Effect Andromeda, Kingdom Come Deliverance, Control) and programs (3DMark - Stress Tests and benchmarks) I'm not experiencing same problem. In the video attached below you can see this:
0:53-0:56;
2:15-2:17;
2:25-2:27;
4:42:4:52.

I have already removed the GPU drivers and reinstalled again, I checked the integrity of the game files via steam, reinstaled game, try to use older GPU drivers. Nothing help.
